Nigerian singer, songwriter, and record producer Soundz is back in the spotlight as he teams up with rising Afro-fusion artist Kold AF. The pair deliver the fresh collaboration titled “Blind.”
“Blind” stands out on Soundz’s seven-track “Becoming HIM” EP. The project features guest appearances from four artists. However, this particular cut pairs Soundz’s production with Kold AF’s distinct dancehall and R&B energy.
Soundz handles the rhythmic and melodic foundation here. Kold AF adds his vocal flexibility on top, so their styles lock in naturally. The result feels smooth and contemporary, yet it still fits the wider sound of the EP without sticking out.
Because the project runs just seven songs, “Blind” carries real weight within that sequence. Their chemistry gives the collaboration a lively push, and it also shows how Soundz adjusts his production around different voices.
