Sims Noreng links up with Mabena102 as “Hololo” arrives as the third track on the producer’s debut EP project. The song sits on NorengVille, a seven-track project that came out on September 11, 2026.

The production stays rooted in modern South African Amapiano, built on deep log drums and driving percussion. Layered elements keep the groove steady, so the arrangement has room to develop without losing the energy running through the project. Mabena102 carries the vocal side of “Hololo,” and that pairing gives the beat another dimension to work with.

On the EP, “Hololo” follows “Mabhebheza” and “Ko Morao,” so it keeps NorengVille moving while holding its Amapiano identity. It also marks the first of Mabena102’s appearances on the project. He later shows up again on “Chomi Yami” with Mavee DripGod, and on “Imibuzo” alongside Javas de Vocalist and FutureNtwana.

Because the guest list spreads across the tracklist, the record doubles as an introduction to voices Sims Noreng wanted around his debut.
