Nigerian producer and songwriter Masterkraft has returned with a new body of work, “Party Starter (PS2),” continuing the party sound.
The album picks up the same idea behind Party Starter (PS1), so it works as another chapter in that club-ready direction. Masterkraft built his name on rhythms that move easily from private listening to the dancefloor, and this project follows that pattern. The real name behind the decks is Sunday Ginikachukwu Nweke, and his CV carries weight.
He has worked with Wizkid, Flavor, Bracket, Banky W., Sound Sultan, Timaya, Lynxxx, M.I, CDQ, Reekado Banks and J. Martins over the years. So “Party Starter (PS2)” arrives with real pedigree behind it, not just hype.
