Electronic act AfroSalto has joined Diamond Platnumz and South African vocalist Chlé for a single called “SHU!”
The record lands through AS IT IS Records, and it leans hard into Afro House. Deep electronic production carries the arrangement, while the tempo pushes dancers rather than letting them settle. Diamond Platnumz brings his familiar vocal weight to “SHU!”, but the beat stays the anchor throughout.
Chlé folds her Amapiano-rooted style into the mix, so the track moves between two rhythmic worlds without losing its footing. Writing and composition credits go to Naseeb Abdul Juma Issack, Siphesihle Nkosi, Gregor Van Offeren, and Nick Van De Wall, better known as Afrojack.
An original version and an extended mix both exist, which gives DJs room to stretch the record across late-night sets. Cross-continental dance records like this one rarely hold both the club and the timeline, yet the production here aims for exactly that.
