Tuff King trades his usual ferocity for a warmer, melodic delivery on “45 Street Girl,” the fourth track from his debut EP.

The Enugu-born indigenous artist steps away from survival and street struggles here. Instead, he focuses on attraction, romance, and neighborhood relationships. His usually tough “Black Sheep” persona softens, making room for a relaxed and emotionally expressive vocal performance.

Musically, “45 Street Girl” blends Afrobeats and Afro-pop with a bouncy bassline and melodic synth textures. Tuff King balances smooth singing with his familiar Igbo and Pidgin flows, so the sound stays accessible while his indigenous identity remains intact.

His delivery carries the record. The verses feel conversational, yet the chorus lands with a lighter, catchier energy. That shift in tone shows a different side of his range, one that fits neatly within the six-track project.
