Nigerian rapper, singer and producer 6UFF returns with “IRON ORE II”, a four-track record keeping the spotlight firmly on him alone.
The project lands as the natural follow-up to March’s IRON ORE EP, arriving 11 September. No featured artists appear anywhere on the tight tracklist, so every verse and every hook belongs to 6UFF by himself.
He still keeps hip-hop at the heart of the presentation, but he switches between rap-led delivery and the Afro-fusion elements that have become part of his wider discography. Because the running order stays brief, the project holds its focus instead of stretching ideas thin.
That balance puts plenty of weight on his voice, and he carries it. The rapping stays sharp, yet the singing parts never feel like afterthoughts. He sounds like someone protecting a character he built deliberately.
