Nigerian rapper 6UFF has released “The Truth,” featuring producer Telz, as the opening track of his EP IRON ORE II.
The collaboration gives 6UFF a fresh counterpoint right at the start of the EP, because Telz steps in as an artist rather than staying only behind the scenes. It follows 6UFF’s August 2026 song “Excellent,” which also appears on the project. So the opener carries real weight here, since it has to get IRON ORE II moving from the first second.
The record sits in Afrobeats and hip-hop, and it keeps the core of 6UFF’s rapping intact while the arrangement leaves room for Telz to add his own touch. Working with Telz also adds another prominent name to a run where 6UFF has steadily collaborated outside his solo discography. That approach can put his music in front of listeners who already know Telz’s work in Nigerian pop.
