B2C return to their melodic lane as the Ugandan trio drop a new record titled “Namala.”
The song lands on 9th October 2026, Uganda’s independence day, and will be available on all streaming platforms. It follows a run of recent singles from the group, including “Nkulabayo,” “Life” and “Jaribu.”
For anyone new to them, B2C stands for Born To Conquer Entertainment. Mr. Lee, Bobby Lash and Julio Delivad grew up together in Luwafu, Kampala, and they broke through in 2016 with “Tokigeza.”
Their range has stayed wide since. “Gutujja” with Rema Namakula won Best Zouk Song at the 2021 Hipipo Awards, while “Munda Awo” earned an MTV MAMA nomination. They also linked with Spice Diana on “Njabala” and The Ben on “No You, No Life.”
“Namala” carries smooth vocals over a catchy African rhythm, so it sits well within that Afrobeats sound they have built. After months of teasers from the members, the wait ends on independence day.
