Gyakie returns to a song she already owns, as “TREASURE – Acoustic Version” gives her summer single a quieter second life. The original arrived in June with a lively, feel-good mood, and Afrolektra produced it. He also handles production on this new take, so the link to the first recording stays clear. What changes is where the weight sits. With the heavy beat pulled back, the melody steps forward.
The writing carries this version. Songs built for the party often reveal different feelings once they slow down, and “TREASURE – Acoustic Version” leans into that shift. Her voice gets more room here, and the soft, soulful tone she is known for suits the setting well. Gyakie has been building steadily this year, from “365 Days” and “Your Body” to this track.
Reworking a hit is a smart move, because she gives fans something fresh without writing a new song. Listeners who loved the dancing version can hear the same tune in a calmer setting. The acoustic version is out on Audiomack.
