Tanzanian Bongo Flava singer Hamadai has linked up with Jay Melody on a brand new love record titled “Chururu”. The track arrived on October 14, 2026, with Alyonem handling the production credits from start to finish.
Because the beat carries so much weight here, the arrangement deserves a proper listen. Alyonem builds a bright mid-tempo bongo flava soundscape around acoustic guitar riffs and warm keyboard progressions. Snappy percussion shakers keep things moving, while the Afro-pop drum kick glides over a lively bassline. So the mix stays clean without ever feeling cluttered.
Hamadai is known across the regional scene for smooth melodic delivery and emotive songwriting. He also worked with Nyota Ndogo on “Watu Na Viatu” earlier in 2026. Jay Melody, however, remains revered for silky falsetto runs and lover-boy charm. His soaring high notes push “Chururu” to another level entirely.
When two East African voices meet a beat this well built, the result says plenty about where the sound is heading.
