Ibraah – Naumwa Ft. Yammi

Tanzanian Bongo Flava singer Ibraah has packed “1B: The Other Side of the Face” with fifty tracks and many East African guests. The size alone tells you this is no small drop. Some pages still call it an EP, yet the song count says otherwise.

Yammi joins on “Naumwa,” while Phina handles “Leo” and D Voice appears on “Nimeacha.” Kenya’s King Kaka rides the 4:39 “Ananipenda,” and Paato shares “Jiongeze.” Billnass, Dully Sykes, and Young Lunya also show up somewhere in the run. So the project mixes duets, rap cuts, and group songs together.

Ibraah, born Abdallah Nampunga, uses the space to show different sides of his artistry. Write-ups point to relationships, personal experience, and street life. OneRPM handled the digital distribution, and every track carries an explicit tag.

Titles swing from romantic (“Raha,” “Ananipenda”) to street talk (“Story Za Bongo,” “Uswahilini”) and sharper moods like “Hasira” and “Stress.” Most songs stay short, with “Bunda” at 2:21 and “After Party” at 2:43. That keeps a single listen moving fast.

Fans waiting on a full body of work finally have hours of material to sort through. Start with the duets, then chase whichever title grabs you. Is “1B: The Other Side of the Face” already in your rotation? Drop your first pick in the comments below.
