Ko’rale has linked up with Greatman Takit for “NO WEAPON,” a contemporary gospel record built on faith and spiritual confidence. The song lands through Obban Records and carries a clear declaration of trust in God’s protection. It is the kind of release that puts the message first, but the delivery is what holds attention.
Greatman Takit brings an Afro-gospel texture to the track, and his vocal carries weight without crowding Ko’rale’s collective approach. The two voices trade space well, so “NO WEAPON” never feels like a feature bolted on for numbers. Instead, the pairing shapes the sound around its Christian message.
Ko’rale stays busy on several fronts. The producer and artist works out of Abuja under his own Phantom Muziq brand, while his 2024 gospel album “41:10” arrived through Obban Records with seventeen tracks about resilience and hope. He and Greatman Takit also share history, having worked together on “Commando” back in 2022.
That earlier link makes this reunion feel natural rather than arranged. The decision to pair again opens the record to listeners who follow either name, and it gives the Afro-gospel space another strong entry this year.
