Makhadzi Entertainment has unveiled “Tsotsi,” an eight-track EP landing as the South African star’s boldest statement yet.

The 35-minute project runs on her signature fusion of Lekompo, Bola House, and dance music. This blend has cemented her place among South Africa’s most exciting voices. Sung mostly in Tshivenda, the EP leans into her cultural roots while riding Limpopo’s fast-moving Lekompo wave.

Makhadzi brings a deep bench of collaborators along for the ride. M.J, Gusba Banana, PLG Chanty, Tribby Wadi Bhozza, Dr Skaro, Ba Bethe Gashoazen, DIL Brill, DJ Ravaza, Memie, Prince Benza, DJ KSB, Zee Bouy, and D Bruz all feature across the record. Their contributions keep the energy high from start to finish.

Tracks like “Kikirika,” “Jonasi,” “Okapi,” “Sanamarena,” “Mr Right,” and the earlier title track “Tsotsi” carry the dance-floor momentum. “Tribute To Woman” steps back for a heartfelt solo moment, showing a softer side of the project.
