Mbuzi has released “Mkokotlo,” a new collaboration with Focalistic Tumza D’kota, Kabza De Small and Josiah De Disciple. The song stands as the third tune on his seven-track project, the “ACHE” album.
The record brings several voices and styles into one seamless blend, so the lineup carries real weight. Focalistic Tumza D’kota, Kabza De Small and Josiah De Disciple all appear on “Mkokotlo,” while the album itself leans on collective creativity and shared arts.
“Mkokotlo” sits early in the listening experience, and that placing gives the project momentum from the start. The partnerships are spread across the album on purpose, because Mbuzi writes toward connection and reciprocal impact. The result stays unified yet heterogeneous, with each guest adding a different texture.
South Africa’s sound keeps shifting, and records like this one drive fresh ideas. “Mkokotlo” feels grounded yet forward-thinking, so it speaks to modern music culture without losing its footing.
