Rwandan vocalist Shaffy steps back into the spotlight with a duet, and this one hits straight at the heart of longing.

“Ninde?” pairs him with fellow countryman Element EleéeH, and the chemistry is instant.

The Afro-fusion record, produced by Badman Quba, arrived quietly without much warning. Yet the sound speaks loudly. Both singers trade lines in Kinyarwanda, English, and Kiswahili, making the emotional pull feel universal. The title translates to “Who?” in Kinyarwanda, and that question hangs over every verse.

Shaffy’s voice carries a tender weight here. He leans into vulnerability while Element EleéeH layers in his signature melodic runs. Their voices weave around each other instead of competing, which gives the track a natural conversational flow. East African rhythms stay smooth underneath, so the sadness never feels heavy.

This follow-up builds on earlier cuts like “Akabanga,” “Bana,” and “Selera,” showing steady growth for the Rwandan singer. However, the vocal interplay on this one might be his most striking work yet.
