Stray Kids return to their experimental and energetic side with “FARMING,” the fourth track on their 10th mini-album, THIS & THAT.
The song brings back the group’s signature intensity through a bold industrial Hip-Hop sound. It cleverly uses a gaming concept tied to modern hustle culture. “FARMING” delivers fast-paced production filled with powerful rhythms and aggressive flows. The track contrasts playful ideas with a deeper message about persistence, ambition, and the constant pursuit of success.
Stray Kids’ in-house production unit 3RACHA, made up of Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han, created the song alongside producers RESTART and Chae Kang-hae. Bang Chan also contributed to the final arrangement, helping shape the track’s hard-hitting and dynamic sound.
Using the gaming term “farming” as its central metaphor, the members compare their nonstop dedication to repeatedly collecting experience points, resources, and rewards in a game. They transform the concept into a reflection of their own journey, highlighting the discipline, effort, and sacrifices behind their achievements.
That kind of personal framing is what makes “FARMING” feel less like a typical hype record and more like a mission statement from a group still hungry after years of dominance.
