Before the official release, she performed “petal” live for the first time during her Eternal Sunshine Tour stop at Montreal’s Bell Centre. She also unveiled a captivating black-and-white teaser inspired by 1950s cinema, introducing a mysterious character named Pepper during a vintage theater audition sequence.
Grande has spent the last few years refining her sound, and this new material feels like a natural progression from where Eternal Sunshine left off.
