Ugandan reggae dancehall artist Beenie Gunter delivers a heartfelt new single with “Love Ettuse Wekoma” from his I Loved You EP.
The song dropped on July 28, 2026, as the third track on the six-song project. Sung primarily in Luganda, it blends Ugandan Dancehall with Lovers Rock Reggae influences while exploring themes of love, sacrifice, and heartbreak. The viral phrase “Nali Naguwaayo,” which translates to “I had completely surrendered,” captures the feeling of giving everything to someone and dealing with the pain when that love fails to last.
Known professionally as Baguma Crescent, Beenie Gunter rose to prominence with hit songs “Pon Mi” and “Olina Work.” His discography includes albums like No Fear (2019) and New School Tape (2026), alongside singles such as “No Not to You” (2025) and “Big Love” (2023). He’s currently signed under Talent Africa while still owning his label Guntalk City.
