Nigerian street-hop act Danny S’ has added “Gbemilo” to his growing catalog as part of his brand new two-song effort. The song sits on Anthem, the October 2026 project he released alongside Oloun. It follows “Low Key,” his previous single, and continues a busy stretch for the artist.
Anthem carries just two tracks, yet it lands in the middle of a heavy run of output from Danny S’. He has mixed standalone singles with full-length projects throughout his recent releases, so the EP fits a pattern rather than breaking one. “Gbemilo” also keeps his Yoruba delivery front and centre.
That language choice ties back to the sounds that shaped him. His foundation rests on Afrobeats, Fuji and street-hop, and his vocal style has carried those influences across his work. Earlier in 2026 he put out Merci, a 12-track album, after close to a decade in the industry.
His history with street-hop listeners goes back years, which gives “Gbemilo” a ready audience. The song is out now on all major digital streaming services.
