DJ Perez has returned with “Afrobeats Mix 2025 Naija Vibes,” a full-length DJ set built around Fola, Burna Boy and the Rema and Ayra Starr duet “Who’s Dat Girl.”
The mix arrived in October 2025 as a continuous run through the year’s Afrobeats cuts, so it plays like a set rather than a standard album tracklist.
The centrepiece is that Ayra Starr and Rema collaboration. “Who’s Dat Girl” landed on October 17, 2025, through Mavin Records, with production from Ragee and The Elements. Their beat blends Afropop with dancehall and R&B textures, while the video pulled over a million YouTube views within eight hours.
DJ Perez builds around that energy. Burna Boy’s catalog anchors the heavyweight side, while Fola and the Rema and Ayra Starr record carry the fresher, more melodic moments. So the selection moves between established hits and current chart material without losing momentum.
Ayra Starr and Rema had been teasing a proper collaboration for years, and “Who’s Dat Girl” finally delivered. Hearing it inside a DJ Perez mix alongside Burna Boy gives the song a different context.
Mixes like this one capture how Afrobeats travels now, from label singles to dancefloor sets in a single stretch.
