Nigerian gospel singer Essence returns with a message of faith on “Go and Tell Them,” a Christian single. The record, credited to Okoro Uwale, draws its direction from the Great Commission. Because that theme calls for conviction, the vocal delivery carries much of the weight here.
Essence keeps the performance steady and worshipful rather than dramatic. While the song speaks about sharing the word of God, it also holds onto the promise of Christ’s return. So the tone stays uplifting from start to finish.
At the centre of “Go and Tell Them” sits a simple reminder of God’s unconditional love and the hope found in Christ. Instead of chasing a big moment, Essence lets the message lead, and the singing follows. That choice suits a gospel single built for encouragement.
