Cape Town rapper K.Keed connects with Orish on “Ngangelizwe II”, a reflective sequel lifted from their joint album Umgaranto II. The track revisits a title first heard on the original uMgaranto EP back in 2023, but this version carries more weight and intention. It is one of the most personal moments on the new project.
K.Keed, born Mihlali Koyana, is a South African hip hop artist who started releasing music in 2019. She has built a reputation for lyrical depth and uncompromising artistry. Her 2022 EP ALTER-EGO and her 2025 album Bite the Bullet both showed her range as a writer and performer. She is signed to Gallo Record Company and runs her own imprint, K.Keed Records.
On “Ngangelizwe II”, K.Keed writes from a place of lived experience. The title translates to “by the world” in isiXhosa, and that sense of being shaped by life runs through every verse. Her delivery is measured and raw, while Orish provides balance without overstepping. The production allows space for the words to land.
