Kota Embassy – Latina ft. Dj Mremz

South African musician Kota Embassy keeps building a unique musical identity as “Latina” lands with DJ Mremz in the mix. The song holds track eight on the twelve-song project “Grootman Series II.” It is a project-first release, so the collection is built for a unified listening experience. “Latina” also arrives in 2026, and it fits neatly within the larger scope of the album. The placement comes as the project nears its last quarter. That slot points to planned pacing, but it also hints at the creative vision shaping the album’s structure. DJ Mremz adds a dynamic presence to the collaboration, bringing a signature style that thickens the musical texture. The pairing lets listeners follow the unfolding narrative of the record, while the variety of inspirations stays in view. Kota Embassy carries the run forward with “Latina,” yet the song works as one piece of a wider body of work. Have you heard “Latina” yet? Drop your thoughts in the comment section below.
