Ghanaian singer MzVee has joined Sista Afia, Ugoccie and Sefa on a new party record titled “Enjoyment.” The feel-good single is out now on all streaming platforms, and it arrives with a clear mission. It wants listeners dancing away everyday tension with true friends.
The cross-border link-up pulls together Ghana and Nigeria on one bouncy afropop arrangement. Sista Afia brings her bold vocal grit, while Ugoccie adds incisive bilingual delivery. Sefa, however, handles the silky melodic hooks that soften the edges. Together, the four women trade witty ad-libs over a chorus built for weekend rotations, and “Enjoyment” carries the mood without much pretending.
MzVee knows this lane well. The Lynx Entertainment signee won New Artiste of the Year at the 2015 Ghana Music Awards, and she has moved between afrobeats and reggae/dancehall since. Her catalogue also includes collaborations with Harmonize, Kwesi Arthur, Bella Shmurda and Kofi Kinaata.
So the timing makes sense. West African audiences are asking for upbeat, female-led choruses about sisterhood and living stress-free. This record answers that call, but it also gives each voice room to be heard.
