SpeakNice and InQfive carry their collaborative streak forward as they drop “Reality Check,” the opening cut from their joint EP. The deep house record serves as the first taste of *Vintage Grooves*, a three-track project where both names sit together on every credit. It runs six minutes and forty-two seconds, and it arrives through InQfive Music.
The release landed in mid-September, and it plays at a steady 115 BPM. Production takes its time instead of rushing toward a quick payoff, so the groove gets room to settle. A write-up of the EP noted the pair keeps the groove doing the work, which helps “Reality Check” feel organic from the first play.
What stands out is how the two share the load. There is no guest verse here, no feature dropping in and leaving. SpeakNice and InQfive are credited together across all three cuts, so the partnership carries the whole project rather than one moment.
That focus gives the opener a clear purpose. The arrangement lets the musical detail surface naturally, while the runtime allows the deep house texture to build. It makes sense as a first listen because it introduces the pairing before anything else.
