TML Vibez and Blaqbonez link up again on “Eko,” a record built on Godomarr’s Afrobeats production, and it lands on TML Vibez’s project A Street Kid’s Diary (Disc 2).
They first paired up on “FINE SHYT,” which appeared on Blaqbonez’s No Excuses Deluxe. This time the roles reverse, because TML Vibez leads while Blaqbonez slides in as the guest.
Godomarr’s beat gives the track a warm Afrobeats base. The arrangement leaves room for TML Vibez’s melodic runs and Blaqbonez’s rap instincts, so neither voice fights the other for space.
TML Vibez, born Timileyin Sulaimon, is a Nigerian Afrobeats and street-pop artist. He records under Seyi Vibez’s Vibez Inc label and has dropped projects like his debut EP “Timileyin.”
Choosing a producer like Godomarr makes sense here. It keeps the sound rooted in the street-pop lane TML Vibez knows, while Blaqbonez brings a different texture to the same rhythm.
