Uncool MC – Baba Wethu Ft. Luthando & Msfit

Uncool MC links up with Luthando Mbambo and MsFit_RSA on “Baba Wethu,” the opening track from his debut EP Sesikude. The song leans into Private School Amapiano, so smooth chords sit under Zulu vocals throughout. Luthando Mbambo carries the vocal presence, while MsFit_RSA adds production and vocals too. Because both guests shape the record, “Baba Wethu” moves between softer passages and heavier Amapiano elements. Heavier log drums arrive as the arrangement develops, yet the reflective mood stays intact. The result gives Uncool MC a layered sound on his first EP cut. As track one on Sesikude, it also introduces another side of his artistry. His hosting background meets a more structured studio setting here, and the shift is audible. So the record lands as a spiritual, reflective collaboration rather than a club charge. Have you listened to “Baba Wethu” yet? Drop your thoughts in the comments below.
