Ghanaian Afrobeats artist AlorG is back with another cut from his catalogue as he drops “Mr Legit” for listeners to hear. The record sits on his sophomore EP, “First Off I’m Proud Of G,” which arrived on October 16, 2026.
AlorG wrote the song alongside Alodia Kusi-Gyamfi and Nii Amu, so the pen work carries real weight here. That writing trio shapes the record from top to bottom.
The EP also holds “All Of A Sudden,” “S.A.S,” “Chap Chap” with Medikal, and “Life Of The Party.” AlorG, born Alodia Kusi-Gyamfi, is a 20-year-old from Ghana blending Afrobeats, Hip Hop and Highlife. He has pushed everything out independently, and his following keeps building.
“Mr Legit” works because the lyrics carry the song rather than the beat alone. The subject matter gets handled with care, and the writing credits explain why. It feels like a record built to be heard closely, not skimmed.
