Nigerian gospel clergyman and praise singer Promise Ebelechukwu returns with “Spend On Me”, a bright faith-based anthem about divine providence and favor. The album arrives on October 16, 2026, and fills a gap for believers who want gospel music with rhythm and energy instead of slower worship cuts.
The arrangement keeps things clean throughout. Sharp percussion shakers sit on top of a powerful drum kick, while a fluid bassline keeps the groove swinging without overcrowding the mix. That space gives Promise Ebelechukwu room to work, and he uses it well.
He comes in with seasoned pitch control and full cadences, a mighty energy of praise that matches the theme of the record. He does not hold back on the delivery here.
Lyrically, “Spend On Me” centers on trusting God as the ultimate provider. The writing asks heaven to rain down plentiful benefits, so the song leans fully into the idea of miraculous rewards and divine provision. Because the message stays direct, the track works as an uplifting anthem for personal devotion and church gatherings alike.
The release also fits his current trajectory. Promise Ebelechukwu has been making steady progress on the regional gospel circuit with this style, and “Spend On Me” adds a strong entry to a catalogue that already includes records like “Soft On Me” and “You Caught Me”. The gospel lane is crowded, but this Afro-gospel approach gives him a distinct sound.
