Sokalezwe Ndlovu returns with Somcimbi beside him as “Ngiyakwethembisa” lands as the latest offering from the Vaccine project. The track sits halfway through a five-song body of work, and the pairing gives it a different weight than the solo cuts around it.
“Ngiyakwethembisa” dropped on 9 October 2026, with Ndlovu handling the release and Somcimbi stepping in as the featured voice. But the two are not strangers here. They already shared space on “Ilocation,” alongside Londeka Shangase, so the chemistry carries over instead of starting cold.
Vaccine itself keeps Ndlovu moving across maskandi-leaning terrain and modern South African sounds. His catalogue also holds “Ngiphila Nabo,” “Umfan’ongenamali” with Msikazi, and “Thol’omunye” with Londeka Shangase. That range explains why the album holds together.
