Sokalezwe Ndlovu keeps building on his 2026 project as he drops the single “Umfan’ongenamali,” which carries the weight of the whole Vaccine tape. The song is the third of five cuts on the EP, and it brings Msikazi in for a guest turn that shifts the record’s texture.
The arrangement is the real story here. Built around a mid-tempo groove, “Umfan’ongenamali” lets the beat breathe before Msikazi’s unusual voice slides in over the top. That contrast between the instrumental bed and the vocal tone gives the track its pull.
Ndlovu is a South African artist with a steady run of collaborations behind him. He has worked with Londeka Shangase and Somcimbi on past records, so linking with Msikazi fits his pattern of shared credit.
Placing the song in the middle of Vaccine makes sense, because it breaks up the flow without killing the momentum. The guest spot adds colour, yet the beat stays the anchor.
