Newcomer Yarden leans into her gentlest side on a hushed new record titled “2SOFT,” and she owns the label. Being called too soft usually stings, yet singers love to flip it into a strength. Yarden has spent weeks stacking moods, from Paris sunsets to rain. So “2SOFT” looks like her most open admission so far.
The beat probably floats on muted keys and a slow, cushioned kick. A rounded bass drifts underneath, while a faint pad glows at the edges. Because nothing pokes out, the whole thing feels like a soft blanket.
Yarden keeps her voice near a whisper. She lets sentences trail off, then picks them up again a breath later. That patience makes every line sound like a private note. Nobody joins her, so the confession stays one-sided. She seems to admit that she feels too deeply and cares too fast. Plain words carry the idea, and the simple chorus gives it a lullaby feel.
