South African artist Young Stunna is back as “AMANXEBA” arrives with Sly, a duet tucked into his 2026 project, Busisiwe. The song is the sixth of sixteen tracks on that record, while Sly brings a textured dynamism to the midsection of the album.
Their two approaches combine here, yet the record still sits inside the larger frame of Busisiwe. It is a duet, so the writing leans on exchange rather than a solo showcase. But that back and forth carries the mood of the project. Sly’s voice adds a distinct layer, so “AMANXEBA” sounds like a meeting point rather than a stopgap.
Sixteen tracks give Young Stunna room to stretch. Busisiwe is a full-length look at his creative vision for the year, although this song stands as one of its critical moments. The duet format places the individual artist against the collaborative nature of the varied roster. That tension gives the midsection its pull.
Beyond this single record, the collaboration says plenty about how South African music keeps folding voices together. What do you make of “AMANXEBA”? Drop your thoughts in the comments below.
