Kaduna-based Nigerian rapper EmTeey Shmurda has linked up with Danmusa New Prince on a fresh single titled “Ranar Aure”. The record arrives as his Afro-Kalangu sound keeps pulling ears across Northern Nigeria.
The new single drops on 25 September 2026. Echobeats handled the production, while BeatSmithX took care of mixing and mastering. It follows “Yanga”, a song where EmTeey Shmurda spoke about wanting to find a wife and build a life of love.
That theme carries into “Ranar Aure”, so Danmusa New Prince fits the topic well. His recent output has centred on Hausa wedding music, which makes the pairing a natural one. The beat leaves room for the Hausa vocals, and the romantic message stays at the centre without crowding either singer.
For listeners who have followed EmTeey Shmurda, this partnership adds another layer to his growing catalogue. His Afro-Kalangu style blends Arewa influences with wider Afropop ideas, and that mix keeps shaping his place in the modern music landscape of Northern Nigeria.
