Meja Kunta continues a busy stretch of releases as the Singeli star drops “Uloda” with Chino Kidd and Mabantu. The Tanzanian act has kept his name active across the scene, and this record arrives as the lead collaboration on his Chapter One EP.
“Uloda” landed on October 5, 2026, with Eyoo Kenny handling production. It also opens the Chapter One project, so the song carries weight as the first statement from that body of work. Chino Kidd brings his dance-driven approach, while Mabantu arrive as the brother duo of Twaah and Muuh.
Kunta works from inside Singeli, the fast-paced sound he has built his name around. His catalogue includes “Madanga Ya Mke Wangu” and “Bado Hujasema,” and he and Mabantu have linked before on “Demu Wangu.”
Eyoo Kenny keeps the percussion racing underneath the three voices, but the arrangement leaves room for each act to land their lines. The energy stays high from the opening bar, yet nobody gets buried in the mix.
