Amapiano duo Mellow & Sleazy bring in Ag’zo, Tman Xpress and HouseXcape for a heavyweight new record titled “Unglimazile.” The isiZulu title means “you have hurt me,” so the song starts with a bruise.
The pair rose from Mpumalanga and built their name on polished piano hits. Three guests mean a crowded session, though heartache is a theme everybody can carry. Because each guest brings a different voice, the pain gets told from several angles.
The beat likely rolls on a deep log drum and soft pads. Slow tempo gives the hurt space to sink in.
Mellow & Sleazy shape the groove with a patient hand. They let one loop breathe before shifting a single layer. That restraint stops three guests from tripping over each other.
Ag’zo opens the vocal side with a smooth, aching tone, and Tman Xpress follows with a rougher colour. HouseXcape then closes with a lighter touch. Together, they sing about betrayal, tears and the person who walked away, and short lines keep the story clear.
So “Unglimazile” carries the log drum sound into heartbreak territory. Have you heard the record yet? Drop your thoughts in the comment section below.
