Shona gospel artist Taanashe Washe teams up with Vanomirira Jehovah on “Nyengetera Hakuna Zvinorema,” a five-minute worship single built around prayer. The record arrived on September 22, 2026, through 11576365 Records DK as a single release. It also sits on his Shona Deep Fasting & Prayer Music, Vol. 1 project, so the song carries a clear devotional purpose.
Production and writing credits have not been shared yet, but the title does the talking. “Nyengetera” means pray, while “Hakuna Zvinorema” means nothing is too heavy. The pairing of those words shapes the whole mood.
Washe has stayed busy on the singles front. “Mweya Wangu Unorumbidza Mwari” and “Ndinoshamiswa Kwazvo/Ndozviudza Aniko?” both came out this year, so fans knew another worship drop was coming. The new song fits that run without sounding rushed.
Listeners waiting on a slower, prayerful record now have one. It gives congregations a simple hook to hold onto, and it gives Washe another entry in his growing gospel catalogue.
