Nigerian street-pop keeps expanding its reach, and TML Vibez is back with “Mashè” on A Street Kid’s Diary (Disc 2).
The record lands as part of the enlarged second chapter of the album series he launched in 2025. Disc 2 stretches his latest concepts across sixteen tracks, with a range of production partnerships behind the boards. Lil Gee handles the production reins here, adding another hand to the Afrobeats structure of the song.
TML Vibez came up through Vibez Inc., the imprint run by Seyi Vibez, and he has built his catalogue on a melodic street-pop sound. That lane suits him because his delivery stays recognizable even when the beat shifts around him.
“Mashè” keeps that same vocal signature, yet places it in a different setting than the Godomarr-led material found elsewhere on the project. The switch works, so the track never feels like a repeat of what came before.
