South African DJ and producer Abidoza has delivered “Batlore Tswenya” with Tumza D’kota, a track fans waited on since album talk started. The song sits on Club Controller, an eight-track EP that arrived on October 14, 2026, through Doza Nation Entertainment. It runs six minutes and one second, and it opens the project for a reason.
Abidoza built the entire EP around collaboration, so leading with a joint effort fits the plan. Tumza D’kota features here, while Djy Vino and El show up later on the tracklist. That choice says plenty about how he wanted this body of work to sound.
He is no newcomer, though. The producer co-wrote and produced CKay’s “Watawi” with Davido and Focalistic, a record that reached number 13 on Nigeria’s TurnTable Top 50. He has also worked with the Major League DJz, and that pairing helped push amapiano deeper into UK audiences.
So does “Batlore Tswenya” meet the expectation? Six minutes gives the groove room to breathe, and the feature carries real weight. For an artist with multi-platinum credits behind him, this feels like a statement of intent rather than a quick drop.
