BNXN keeps his eyes on the long game as he unwraps “Deliberate Work,” a smooth Afro-fusion record built for quiet reflection. The Nigerian singer and songwriter uses the solo track to talk about staying committed to his craft.
The song lands as the fourth track on his six-track EP, Still In Charge. It arrives through his independent imprint T.Y.E. in partnership with EMPIRE. “Deliberate Work” follows “16” on the tracklist, and its message centres on intentional effort, focus, and blocking out distractions.
Rather than crowd the record with features, BNXN carries it alone. His laid-back vocal style and melodic hooks ride a steady mid-tempo delivery, so the songwriting stays at the centre of things. The result adds an introspective layer to the EP while reinforcing his current creative direction.
