Phyno has finally delivered “Let That Sink In,” a 15-track album featuring Seyi Vibez, Wande Coal, Flavour and Jeriq. The project runs about 45 minutes and lands through Penthauze and MAD Solutions. It is his sixth solo album, arriving almost two years after “Full Time Job.”
The guests stay tight across the record. Seyi Vibez opens things on “Ndu Ka Aku,” while Wande Coal follows on “Ndewo.” Jeriq shows up on “Ije Enu,” the penultimate track, and “Ask of Me Now” closes the album. Oxlade, Lojay, Fireboy DML and Chike also appear.
The rollout mapped his year in order. “Uzo Ano” with Flavour came first as a prayer, then “Na Afa Nna (Freestyle)” brought heavy Igbo rap. “Healing,” a song for a friend who died, followed, and “Beautiful” became the first love song here. Several of those singles sit inside the final sequence, so familiar songs meet a fresh opener.
Fans waited two years for a full body of work, and this one answers with grief, prayer and bars. Which track are you running back first? Drop your pick in the comments below.
