South African vocal powerhouses Lwah Ndlunkulu and MaWhoo have united as Zulu Queens, delivering their debut single “Distance” with Feza. This fresh partnership arrives with a sound that pulls from Maskandi roots while weaving in Afro-fusion, Amapiano, and electronic textures.

Lwah Ndlunkulu brings that deep, culture-rooted Zulu delivery, yet MaWhoo balances it with a softer melodic touch. Feza steps in to add expressive weight, so the three voices trade off across the record. The mood sits squarely on longing, romance, and that ache of keeping a connection alive when two people are far apart.

“Distance” also introduces “Isithembu,” a 14-track joint album from the duo due later this month. The project arrives through Mawhoo Entertainment and Inkabi Records, with Sony Music Entertainment Africa handling distribution.

This release signals a bold new chapter for both artists, one that blends heritage with modern club-ready production.
